Dashboard

Understanding the main admin dashboard

Dashboard Overview

The admin dashboard is your command center for monitoring event activity in real-time.

Key Metrics

The top of the dashboard shows at-a-glance statistics:

  • Active Cards - Number of cards with positive balance
  • Today's Top-ups - Total value loaded today
  • Transactions - Number of purchases today
  • Active Vendors - Vendors currently processing orders

Recent Activity

The activity feed shows:

  • Latest transactions
  • Card activations
  • Vendor status changes
  • System alerts

Quick Actions

Common tasks are accessible from the dashboard:

  1. Process Top-up - Add balance to a card
  2. Issue Card - Assign a new card to an attendee
  3. View Orders - Check current order queue
  4. Vendor Status - See which vendors are open

Filtering by Event

Use the event selector in the header to switch between events. All dashboard data updates to reflect the selected event.

Real-time Updates

The dashboard automatically refreshes to show the latest data. You don't need to manually reload the page to see new transactions or status changes.
